    A fresh round of markdowns of Flipkart stock by two American mutual funds has reduced the estimated worth of India's most valuable startup at a time the Bengaluru-based ecommerce company is seeking a fresh round of funding. 


    The two mutual funds — Valic and Fidelity — announced markdowns in the value of their holdings in the Indian online retailer in regulatory filings made by the two funds in October.
