High court orders DLF to give land rights to buyers’ association

In a landmark judgment on 2 December, The High Court of Punjab and Haryana delivered an order in favour of DLF Park Place Residents Welfare Association. The association had filed a writ petition in the court accusing DLF Ltd of launching another project, The Crest, on land that the residents claim belongs to Park Place.
