Investment portfolios with a global touch have been outperforming the domestic equity market, as funds of funds have surged up to 58 per cent in last one year till December 12, whereas benchmark BSE Sensex has gained only about 4 per cent during the same period.
Funds of funds - also known as global funds, overseas funds and international funds - mostly invest in mutual funds with exposure to other countries.
