How many women clients do you have? Why do women stay away from investment decisions?
I have women clients and but the number is not that big. I think this has largely to do with the kind of mindset that our society has. Among couple, the decision making is left to the man and not the woman. Also, this is not the only field where we see this disparity. Women in India are still not financially independent and they rely on the males of their family for money-related decision making.
There are women who take charge of their money and investments and are good at it, but the number is not heartening.
