According to data from the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), retail investors are increasingly turning to liquid funds. Over the past two financial years, retail assets under management (AUM) of liquid funds have more than doubled from around Rs 2,670 crore in to Rs 5,799 crore, a growth of 117% (see table).
