    Fund managers will look for the merger ratio and adopt a wait and watch approach with regards to the proposed mega-merger of IDFC Group and Shriram Group.

    Mutual Funds have collectively invested a little over Rs 2700 crore in group companies with the largest holding being in IDFC Ltd. As per data from research tracking agency, Value Research fund houses have invested cumulatively Rs 1107 crore in IDFC Ltd, Rs 300 crore in IDFC Bank, Rs 772 crore in Shriram City Union FinanceBSE -1. ..
