SEBI extends client level reporting timeline for PMS

PMS companies can submit client level information to SEBI.

SEBI has extended the client level reporting timeline from 10 days to 15 days for PMS players.

With this, PMS players can submit details of offsite inspection data which includes client level folios and client holding master within 15 days from the end of each quarter.

The regulator has made this change after receiving feedback from the PMS industry to facilitate ease of business.

The rule applies to all data from April 1, 2023, onwards and is applicable immediately.
