    PL Capital launches its first performing credit fund

    PL Capital – Prabhudas Lilladher Group’s Alternative Investment Management arm has launched its first AIF – the PL Capital Performing Credit Fund, a Category II AIF.

    The AIF will invest in secured debt in both listed and unlisted companies across sectors. The fund aims to raise Rs.500 crore with a greenshoe option to collect another Rs.500 crore.

    “The launch of this fund marks a strategic milestone for PL Capital,” said Amisha Vora. “Our entry into the alternative credit space reinforces our commitment to provide innovative, research-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of the credit market. The fund is designed to meet the needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and institutional investors who seek access to exclusive private credit opportunities, portfolio diversification, risk-adjusted returns and capital preservation.”
