    The Independent Consultants and Advisors Association (ICAA), the MFD association of East and North-East India will organize the 8th edition of its annual distributor-focused event ICAA Mega Convention 2025 between 29 January, 2025 and 31 January 2025 at Darjeeling Gymkhana Club, Darjeeling, West Bengal. 

    The event will host 550 distributors from across the country.

    This edition of the event is themed VUCA and it will address the Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity in the distribution business.  The event aims to connect with all stakeholders of the industry to discuss various challenges affecting distributor community.  

    The event will host sessions on acquiring and dealing with women clients, ensuring business succession, acquiring and retaining clients and using technology to grow business among other things. The event will also host a session on cybersecurity for distributors. 

    The convention will also host regulators like SEBI and PFRDA and industry bodies like AMFI and APMI to give direction on regulatory trends.
