If you have done any selfless work in these tough pandemic times, you can share the story with us at nishant@cafemutual.com latest by January 30, 2021. You must share your name, ARN number, phone number and give a brief of work done for society during the pandemic along with photos or videos.
Here is an indicative list of the activities:
- Helped underprivileged with food, rations, medicines etc.
- Provided financial counselling to those impacted negatively (i.e. those who lost jobs or saw pay cuts or loss in business) by the pandemic
- Worked as a volunteer for any charity engaged in Covid relief activities
- Provided support to frontline warriors (our medical and paramedical personnel, municipal workers, police etc.)
- Helped fellow MFDs with material support
- Contributed to the mental wellbeing of affected people
- Helped senior citizens
- Donated plasma/ help arrange plasma for Covid patients
- Helped migrants
- Went beyond call of duty to help clients during Covid crisis
Note that the above is an indicative list and not an exhaustive list. If you have served humanity in any other way, please feel free to send the story.
Speaking about the awards, Raghav Iyengar, Chief Business Office, Axis Mutual Fund said, “We want to salute the indomitable spirit of MFDs at Cafemutual Ideas Fest 2021. With these awards, the aim is to acknowledge heroes, create a sense of pride and inspire the entire community.”
Process
- We will call for nominations from the MFDs along with details of their social contributions
- A 3-member jury comprising Raghav Iyengar, Chief Business Office, Axis Mutual Fund, Dhruv Mehta, President FIFA and Prem Khatri of Cafemutual will vet the nominations and choose the winners
- The winners will receive a trophy
- The winners will also receive a digital certificate of appreciation, which they can share on social media
- Digital certificate of participation to be provided to all shortlisted participants
- Digital badge of ‘Covid warrior’ to be shared with all shortlisted nominations/applicants
