The Association of Registered Investment Advisors (ARIA) is holding its second virtual summit on November 11, 12 and 13. Titled 'Reinvent', the summit aims to decode the complex and tightly regulated advisory business for RIAs and help them take their business forward.
The three-day event will be addressed by leaders from the wealth management industry including CEO of DSP MF Kalpen Parekh, CEO of Edelweiss MF Radhika Gupta, founder of International Money Matters Lovaii Navlakhi and founder of Plan Ahead Wealth Advisors Vishal Dhawan.
The speakers will touch upon the following topics:
- RIA practices in different geographies around the world
- Art of story telling
- Pros & cons of the prevailing advisory practice models in India
- Evolution of the fixed income space
- Future proofing the advisory practice
- Behavioural (Advisor) biases?
Rohit Shah, a board member of ARIA, said this event is an extension to the one held in June 2021. "The first event had the 're-energise' theme, which was suitable to the covid situation back then. Through this event, what we are trying to communicate is that advisors need to refresh their practice to adapt to the changed environment," he said.
