Bharti AXA Mutual Fund has appointed Alok Singh as Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income. Alok has over12 years of experience in fixed income fund management.
Alok was earlier heading the fixed income and structured products team at BNP Paribas Asset Management. Prior to that, he has worked with Axis Bank as part of the fixed income team. He holds a PGDM and is a CFA.
He has won numerous awards for outstanding fund performance over the last 3 years.Some of his most recent accomplishments include ICRA 7-Star Gold Award Winner 2011 (BNP Paribas Money Plus Fund - 3 year performance in ultra-short term fund category); ICRA 5-Star Gold Award Winner 2011 (BNP Paribas Bond Fund – 1 year performance in short term fund category); Morning Star Mutual Fund Award 2011 (BNP Paribas Money Plus Fund –ultra-short bond fund category–runner up); and Business World Best Mutual Fund Award 2011 (BNP Paribas Overnight Fund – Best Debt Fund – liquid fund category).
