Tata Mutual Fund announces appointment of independent directors Arvind Sethi & Pratip Kar, effective April 2, 2012.

Tata Mutual Fund has announced that Arvind Sethi, aged 55 years, has been appointed as an independent director of Tata Asset Management, effective from April 2, 2012. Currently he is an independent director on the board of directors of Rabo India Finance, Rabo India Securities and Old World Hospitality India.

Pratip Kar, aged 60 years, has been appointed as an independent director of Tata Asset Management, effective from April 2, 2012.
