Based on the feedback of distributors, NSE has enabled ‘SIP registration through investor login’ by which your clients can initiate their SIPs on their own.
So far, investors could execute lumpsum purchase only. However, only distributors could set up SIP transactions.
In an email communication, NSE NMF II said that this functionality empowers investors to initiate SIP transactions based on their advisor’s recommendation.
Currently, the functionality allows both fresh purchase and additional purchase.
Another key feature of NSE NMF II is tutorial videos on NSE YouTube channel. The company has launched a series of 11 videos to help you understand how to use the platform more efficiently.
You can access these videos by clicking on NSE NMF II help videos.
Here are some key topics of these videos:
- Initiating and processing common mutual fund transactions
- Registering a client
- Mapping your business to different sub-brokers, branches, etc
