ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has declared dividend under the dividend option of ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 55-15 Months Plan A. The record date for dividend is May 18, 2012. The recommended rate of dividend (Rs per unit) on the face value of Rs 10 per unit will be entire distributable surplus as on record date.
In view of the scheme maturing on May 18, 2012, the fund shall suspend the trading of units on the NSE with effect from the close of trading hours on May 17, 2012. The record date for determining the eligible unit holders/beneficial owners who would be entitled for redemption proceeds shall be May 18, 2012
