    After Bharti’s exit Bank of India enters into a JV with AXA Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd.


    Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee chaired the logo unveiling ceremony of the new joint venture of BOI AXA Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd on May 28, 2012.

    With the exit of Bharti, Bank of India will now own 51% stake in the venture and the remaining 49% will be held by AXA Investment Managers. They aim to pay special attention for creating awareness and seek to target retail investors with simple products.
