Goldman Sachs files offer document for gold fund of fund

Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund today filed an offer document with SEBI to launch its open ended Goldman Sachs Gold Fund of Fund which will predominantly invest in its Goldman Sachs Gold Exchange Traded Scheme (GS Gold BeES).

The fund will have an exit load of 2% if redeemed or switched out before one year from the date of investing. The minimum investment amount would be Rs. 10,000.
