ICICI Securities (ISec) has launched a mobile app for its distribution partners, primarily IFAs. The company expects that this will help them serve their customers efficiently and enable them to execute transaction through mobile phone.

Currently, ISec works with over 6,200 distribution partners across the country. Its distributor platform ICICI direct offers its partners an online portal which assists them to execute transactions on behalf of their customer, provides information on customer transactions, analytics and track their receivables.

The new app has several features like ‘push transaction’, which will allow distributors to send push notification of transaction to their customers. Distributors can pre-fill a digital form which will be ‘pushed’ to the customer’s app and would get executed post approval using their account. The app will also feature a dashboard, available earlier only in the desktop version. Through the app, distributors can inform customers about market trends and upcoming investment opportunities.

In a press release, Shilpa Kumar, MD & CEO, ICICI Securities, said “We are constantly expanding our network and are confident that the app will help them in serving their customers efficiently and is a step closer to moving them serve their customers digitally.”
