Reliance Mutual Fund has updated its distributor app to launch Business Easy 2.0.
Now distributors can execute SWP and STP through the new app. Also, distributors can generate and send the account statements and capital gains reports directly to their clients through the app. In addition, the fund house has introduced ‘distributor help’ option to resolve queries.
Other key features that the app offers:
- Online transaction
- Array of customer management tools such as dashboard to view their business and options to filter clients based on different parameters
- In built data analytics which will give advisors insights on their client’s investment pattern and their purchase propensities
- Several self-service options like generating brokerage statements
Evaluating the app, Mumbai IFA Ritesh Sheth likes the campaign functionality. “I can run a sales campaign for a scheme through this function. With this, I can send a personalized message along with a link to invest in the scheme. They can either invest on their own or just express interest,” said Ritesh.
