Pankaj Sharma has stepped down as the Head of Fixed Income at DSP MF. Saurabh Bhatia replaced him as the new head of fixed income starting March 2019, according to the fund house website. Saurabh joined DSP MF in July 2017 as Vice President in Fixed Income Team. He has over 17 years of experience in debt markets.
Pankaj used to manage DSP Bond Fund and DSP Credit Risk Fund along with other close-ended debt and hybrid funds of the fund house. Saurabh Bhatia, Laukik Bagwe, will now manage these schemes.
Meanwhile, in an unrelated development Pradeep Gokhale has joined ITI MF as Senior Fund Manager and Head of Research. Prior to ITI MF, he was Senior Fund Manager at Tata MF.
