    Birla Sun Life MF files offer document for Birla Sun Life Short Term FMP - Series 39 to Series 48

    Birla Sun Life MF has filed an offer document with SEBI to launch Birla Sun Life Short Term FMP - Series 39 to Series 48, a close ended income scheme.

    The investment objective is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities maturing on or before the duration of the scheme.

    The scheme will invest a minimum of 60% of total assets in debt securities and money market instruments and a maximum of 40% in Government securities. The fund manager will be Kaustubh Gupta. The scheme will offer dividend option with payout facility and growth option.

    The benchmark index for schemes with duration of 30 to 91 days will be CRISIL Liquid Fund Index. For schemes with duration between 92 days to 364 days the benchmark will be CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.
