Franklin Templeton Investments (India) declared dividend under Franklin India Prima Fund.

Franklin Templeton Investments (India) has declared a dividend of Rs.4.00 per unit, on face value of Rs.10, under Franklin India Prima Fund, an open ended diversified equity fund. The record date for the dividend is June 22, 2012. Under the dividend reinvestment plan, the dividend declared will be reinvested in the Fund at the NAV of June 25, 2012.
