Indian equity markets rallied in November with the BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 jumping by more than 1.5% each. The MF industry, meanwhile, witnessed a decline in equity inflows for the third consecutive month. Total equity inflows slumped by 78% to Rs 1,311 crore in November from Rs 6,026 crore in October.

To understand how MFs are dealing with these flows in the current market scenario, take a look what went in and went out last month.

Large cap financial sector stocks have fallen out of favour with mutual funds.

Unlike October, financial services industry were in the selling list of AMCs. While 7 large cap companies in the financial services industry featured among the top 10 sold stocks, these stocks were on the top buys in October, shows an ICICI Direct report.
