IDFC Mutual Fund has launched a new section under ‘Partners’ section on its new website to offer digital business solutions to distributors.
The section aims to help empanelled distributors to execute transactions and get business reports. Additionally, distributors who can directly get empanelled at the click of a button within the ‘Partners’ section.
In a press release, Gaurab Parija, Head – Sales & Marketing, IDFC AMC said, “Our new website was designed after taking some key inputs from our distribution partners on the features that will help them better service their investors/clients. Accordingly, we have included the ability to alert our distribution partners when their investors/clients take action based on recommended transactions. It also sends transactions to the investors through embedded shortened link on SMS, besides email link. Additionally, our distribution partners can re-initiate lapsed transactions in a single click.”
Here are some of the salient features of the new facility:
- Distributor enabled financial transaction for assisted sales, including on-boarding new clients.
- Reports on funds maturing within 30 days, SIP maturing in next 3 months and matured SIPs in past 2 months.
- Mobile responsive design to allow easy access through mobile devices and tablets
- Relationship manager details mapped to respective ARNs for immediate assistance in case of queries.
- Online real-time updation of contact details in IDFC broker database.
- Distributors can access brokerage reports and statements and can request for account statement on behalf of investors.
- Dashboard displays comprehensive information on AUM with category wise break-up, Top 10 schemes and investors, status of recommended transactions, SIP status (registered, live and expired)
- Option to access investor information through Name, Mobile, Email and folio.
