    The second phase of its new website focused on distributors is set to be launched in March

    IFA PortalMumbai: SBI Mutual Fund, the sixth largest mutual fund house, is working on sprucing up its website to make it more investor and advisor friendly. The first phase of the new portal with additional features for investors, including online investment tools is set to be launched in February, said two people familiar with the development.  

    The module for investors is currently in the testing mode. This module will provide more information and tools for investments, market related information, literature, videos, etc.

    The second module for distributors to be launched in March will have an interface between SBI’s investment team and distributors. “The distributor module will be ready by March. The investor portal is ready now and we will be launching it hopefully by next month. It has more robust online investment tool for customers. A lot of training modules will be put up,” said Srinivas Jain, CMO, SBI Mutual Fund.

    The distributor module, according to Mr Jain will have a host of tools and applications for advisors which will help generate marketing reports, client transaction reports, among other things.
