In terms of scheme categories, ETFs/FoFs witnessed a decline in their average ticket size. This is most likely following the launch of Edelweiss Bharat Bond ETF, which was aimed at retail investors who could invest an amount as low as Rs. 1000.

Other categories such as equity, liquid, debt, solution, hybrid and index funds saw an increase in the average ticket size.

The highest rise came in liquid schemes, which posted a rise of Rs 1.8 lakh in their average ticket size to reach Rs.24.2 lakh.
