Aditya Birla Sun Life MF has started distribution of its liquid fund through Flipkart backed digital platform PhonePe.
This is the second such partnership with PhonePe. The fund house already offers a tax saving solution on the platform with its ELSS scheme Aditya Birla Sun Life Tax Relief 96.
In a press release, A. Balasubramanian, MD & CEO, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC said, “We have always believed in offering solutions that add value to customers. Instead of letting their surplus savings sit idle, customers can take the benefit of this offering that enables them to make more out of it by investing in Aditya Birla Sun Life Liquid Fund. This fund with assets under management of over Rs. 50,000 crore (as on 21st January, 2020) is of a vintage of 15 years. For first time investors this can be a great way to get introduced to mutual funds. We are excited to partner with PhonePe to offer this solution to its users and the accessibility it provides.”
