Now, investors can ask Google about the valuation of their investments.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (ABSLMF) has launched voice-based services for its investors with Google Assistant. The voice assistant acts as a 24X7 interface for investors to interact with the fund house and to address their various service requests such as portfolio valuations, account statement, capital gains statement etc.
The fund house also has plans to be soon available on other voice assistant platforms such as Amazon’s Alexa and Apple’s Siri.
Investors can simply speak to their smartphones to connect with the fund house following a series of voice commands that are secured and encrypted. Users can activate Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund Voice Assistant by saying to their Google Assistant “Ok Google”, followed by "Talk to Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund’’ and link their Google account with ABSLMF for the first time.
