One of the best ways to get new clients is through investor awareness seminars. However, due to the pandemic, it would not be possible to hold such seminars physically. Hence, we are doing investor seminars online to acquire new clients.
Another thing that we are doing is asking our employees to take up online classes to hone their business skills. This is the easiest way to learn new things and upgrade knowledge to grow business.

Over the last few months, I have realized that we can do everything online – be it acquiring new clients, hosting knowledge sessions and meeting with clients. In addition, we can save lot of time, money and energy spend on travel and physical meetings. Hence, I have decided to shift all aspects of business to the digital world.
During the lockdown, I developed the habit of reading books and taking up online courses. I will continue these two habits even after resuming office to learn new things and keep growing.

I have already resumed my office and it feels like I have entered another planet. Things have changed completely. One major thing that has changed is the way we interact and greet. No more handshakes or hugs despite not meeting for months. Now we do Namaste and that is it.
Another thing that we are doing is offering loans to investors who have been facing financial constraints due to delay in salary. In addition, we have been organizing counselling sessions for our investors in which leading medical practitioners and doctors give tips on dealing with mental stress and covid-19 pandemic.
