Despite Bharat Bandh, AMCs offices function smoothly across the country
AMCs and all its branches function smoothly across the country despite Bharat Bandh announced by political parties. The fund houses even did not report drop in attendance due to bandh.
“All our branches are functioning normally and we have not recorded any disturbance in any of our branches till now,” said CEO of a top mutual fund house.
All critical functions like releasing the NAV at the end of the day, fund management and operations will be carried out as usual, said senior officials of various fund houses. AMC branches in Kolkata are also fully operational and have not faced any problems due to bandh.
“All my staff has taken efforts to be present in the office (Kolkata) although it’s a bandh today. Our sales team is also carrying out their usual meetings with distributors and investors,” said Regional Manager of a top mutual fund house.
