    Peerless Flexible Income Fund declares dividend

    Peerless Mutual Fund has declared its maiden dividend under the Monthly Dividend Option for Peerless Flexible Income Fund (an open ended debt scheme). The record date for dividend was October 25, 2012.

    The gross dividend was Rs. 0.1500 per unit under Monthly Dividend Option net of which remains tax free in the hands of the investor, as on the record date. Dividend is being declared on the face value of Rs.10/- per unit. The Ex- Dividend NAV of Peerless Flexible Income Fund - Monthly Dividend option as on October 25, 2012, is Rs.10.0387 after considering the Dividend Payout and statutory levies, if any.
