Investors can trade in 14
Gold ETFs from 11 am to 3.30 pm
BSE STAR MF platform has kept a Special Trading
(Equity) session for 14 Gold ETFs scrips from 11 am to 3.30 pm on the occasion
of Dhanteras which falls on Sunday, November 11, 2012 on its equity platform-BOLT. STAR MF will remain open for all gold savings schemes from 11 am to 3 pm.
The NAV applicable to all transactions received on Sunday, November 11, 2012 will be that of Monday, November 12, 2012.
The funds pay-in for will happen on Thursday, November 15th and pay-out will take place on Friday, November 16th.
Investors appetite for Gold ETFs has continued to rise which is evident in the steady asset growth of Gold ETFs which manage Rs 11198 crore as on September 2012. Many fund houses have launched gold fund of funds which have become an ideal entry point for investors not having demat accounts to take exposure to gold. It is mandatory for investors to have a demat account to invest in Gold ETFs through the exchanges.
