Dont worry guys. SEBI (Society for entertaining Babus in India) will come out with their strictures and get their pound of flesh by imposing some kind of a Annual Fee (call it maintenance fee) before they give their stamp of approval for MFDs to migrate to RIAs by using this Certificate. Apna time Aayegaa Zaroor.
