Aashish has been with ICICI Prudential AMC for over 12 years

While the news is yet to be announced officially it is reliably learnt that Aashish Somaiyaa has put in his papers at ICICI Prudential AMC where he had started his mutual fund career in May 2000. In his last assignment, he has been working as Sr. Vice President & Head - Retail Business.

With this, the mutual fund industry will have a sort of hat trick of three young CEOs in their mid-30s taking charge of AMCs in quick succession. A little earlier, Harsha Viji and Siddharta Singh had taken over at Sundaram AMC and Pinebridge AMC respectively.
