In line with the NISM announcement, AMFI has given another three-months relaxation to mutual fund distributors and their employees to renew ARN/EUIN.
AMFI said that ARNs/EUINs which are due for renewal can be renewed till October 01, 2021. Also, these ARNs/EUINs will continue to remain valid till October 01, 2021.
In an announcement, “NISM has announced on its website that the validity of NISM certificates of those who could not appear or attend CPE programmes or could not renew/ are not in a position to renew their certificates, during the period March 15, 2020 to September 30, 2021 shall be extended till October 01, 2021. Accordingly, the validity of ARN (of individual ARN holders) & EUIN which are expiring during the period March 15, 2020 to September 30, 2021, will also stand automatically extended till October 01, 2021, since the validity of ARN (of individual ARN holders) & EUIN are co-terminus with NISM Certification.”
You can appear for eCPE to renew your ARN. Also, the process of ARN/EUIN renewal is completely paperless and based on Aadhaar.
