JM Financial Mutual Fund has appointed Amitabh Mohanty as the new CEO of JM Financial Mutual fund with effect from 1 July 2021.
With over 24 years of experience in debt fund management, Amitabh has worked across different fixed income segments and product categories. These range from sovereign to structured debt and other high yielding assets such as real estate and mezzanine finance.
Before this, Amitabh was the Executive Director & CEO of Karvy Capital. He has earlier worked as Head - Debt Strategies of Reliance Capital and Chief Investment Officer & Head Investments - Fixed Income of Reliance Capital Asset Management. Prior to this, Amitabh was associated with Alliance Capital Asset Management and SBI Fund Management.
