IFA Galaxy, the popular IFA association has appointed new office bearers. These members will hold office till 2015.
A K Narayan has been appointed as the new president of IFA Galaxy. Earlier this position was held by Ramesh Bhat. V K Sudharsan is now the General Secretary who replaced S. Srinivasan. Anitha Bhat has been appointed as Treasurer replacing S R Chandrasekaran while Arputharaj is now the Joint Secretary.
Ramesh Bhat, S. Srinivasan, S R Chandrasekaran will continue to be a part of executive committee of IFA Galaxy.
The group registered under Societies Act in September 2009 has approximately 10408 online members. The group has been conducting numerous knowledge meets across South India and hopes to spread it across India.
The group also plans to collaborate with all associations across India for organising their trademark knowledge summits. “Our main objective is to motivate and empower IFAs. As of now we are only concentrating on expanding the reach of our knowledge summits. If we plan to form a federation it will be through another entity,” says Ramesh Bhat, former President of IFA Galaxy.
