JP Morgan Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for its 12-60 months close ended JP Morgan India Hybrid Fund Series 3. The scheme aims to generate excessive returns and reduce interest rate volatility by investing in fixed income securities along with capital appreciation through equity exposure.
The benchmark of the fund will be BSE 200, CRISIL bond fund index and CRISIL composite bond fund index. However, it will invest only 10 % in BSE 200 while rest of funds will be invested either in CRISIL bond fund index or CRISIL composite bond fund index depending on duration of scheme. No exit loads will be charged in the scheme.
The fund will be co-managed by the Namdev Chougule (Debt) and Amit Gadgil (Equity) while Ravi Ratan Pal (Debt) and Karan Sikka (Equity) will co-assist both of them respectively.
