Tata Mutual Fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI to launch its close ended Tata Dual Advantage Fund. The scheme comprises of four different schemes (from Scheme A to Scheme D) within it each having separate portfolios.
The scheme seeks to generate capital appreciation by investing in fixed income instrument matures on or before the date of maturity of the scheme. The scheme will also invest its small portion in equity related instruments including derivative instruments.
The Benchmark indices for the Scheme will be CRISIL MIP Blended Index. The minimum subscription amount under each scheme would be Rs 10,000. No exit loads will be charged in the scheme. The fund will be co-managed by the Amit Somani and Thomas J Priju(equity).
