Pune Investment & Financial Ambassadors Association (PIFAA) has joined hands with HDFC Mutual Fund to offer training support to its 180 MFD members.
This year-long engagement will start on April 7.
The training will focus on four key areas:
- Technology adoption and upgradation
- Hand holding the future generation of MFDs for succession
- Helping MFDs understand complex financial terms so that they can explain it their clients in a fun way
- Motivational sessions for MFDs
Bhushan Mahajan, Director, PIFAA said the program will address key issues faced by MFD community like digitalization and succession. He said, “It is extremely heartening to note that a premier fund house like HDFC has designed a program to address the challenges faced by MFDs while acknowledging and appreciating the good work the fraternity is doing towards creating solutions for various needs of the investor. I congratulate HDFC top brass and the team and wish the program a huge success.”
Harshavardhan Bhusari, President, PIFAA said that the initiative aims to provide MFDs an opportunity to learn and grow business. He said, “PIFAA is thankful to HDFC AMC for identifying the needs of the fraternity and launching these exclusive initiatives with PIFAA.”
Sandeep Bhushetty, Director, PIFAA has taken the lead in coordinating with HDFC AMC for this initiative.
