Pramerica MF has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for the launch of its open ended Diversified Equity Fund. The scheme seeks to generate excessive returns and capital appreciation by investing in an actively managed diversified portfolio of equity and equity related instruments including derivatives.
The benchmark of the scheme is S&P 100 Index. The scheme will charge an exit load of 1 percent if redeemed before 395 days. No exit load will be charged thereafter, also if switched out within 30 days from date of allotment. The minimum amount of investment will be Rs 5000. The scheme will be co- managed by Brahmaprakash Singh and Mahendra Jajoo.
