The Independent Consultants & Advisor Association (ICAA) celebrated MFD achievers at the ICAA Ananya Achievement Award 2022 on Apr 20, 2022.
Sharing the rationale behind these awards Goutam Karmakar, Founder and Chairman, ICAA said, “Ananya is a Bengali word which means unique. Through these awards, we made a humble attempt to celebrate unique MFD achievements.”
“We honoured MFDs from cities and remote locations doing exceptionally well in their business. Besides, we also felicitated MFDs who have brought about a significant change through their social contribution.”
ICAA honoured 41 MFDs achievers during the awards ceremony.
The event also hosted over 25 speakers who touched upon key business aspects like succession planning, technology adoption, executing SIP drive, etc. It also conducted panel discussions on PowerHouse: Proven business practices from top distributors and Crystal Gazing the Future: Opportunities and Challenges for MFDs.
Commenting on the overall event, Goutam said, “The event received a fantastic response. More than 220 MFDs participated in the celebrations of unique achievements and learnings.”
