    Peerless Mutual Fund has declared dividend under two schemes of monthly Dividend Option including short term fund and flexible income fund. Both the schemes are open ended debt scheme. The record date for which was April 10th, 2013. The dividends declared are as follows:

    The primary investment objective of the flexible income fund is to generate reasonable returns by investing in debt instruments including bonds, debentures and government securities and money market instruments over various maturity periods while the objective of short term fund is to seek capital appreciation by investing in both debt and money market securities.
