    Parag Parikh AMC to launch its first fund in May

    The AMC has got SEBI approval to launch its maiden equity fund called PFAS Long Term Value Fund.

    The AMC has got SEBI approval to launch its maiden equity fund called PFAS Long Term Value Fund.

    Parag Parikh Asset Management (PPFAS AMC) today said that it has received SEBI approval to launch its first fund called PPFAS Long Term Value Fund.

    The AMC is planning to launch this fund in May 2013.

    “We will begin our road shows in specific cities before launching the fund next month (May 2013). We are not looking at aggressive marketing but instead will focus on delivering investment performance.” said Rajeev Thakkar, CEO of PPFAS Mutual Fund.

    With this launch, the number of players in the mutual fund industry will be 44.
