    IDFC MF files offer document for its Infrastructure Debt Fund-Series I

    IDFC mutual fund has filed a draft offer document with SEBI to launch its close ended Infrastructure Debt Fund-Series 1. The scheme aims to generate income and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of infrastructure debt instruments.

    The minimum application amount will be Rs 1 crore. No exit load will be charge in the scheme. The benchmark of the fund will be CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index. The scheme will be co-managed by SuyashChoudhary, Head of Fixed Income and Rajendra Mishra, Senior VP-Fund Management.
