    Peerless Mutual Fund has declared dividend under its two open ended quarterly dividend options i.e. Income Plus Fund and Short Term Fund. The record dates for both the schemes were May 3rd, 2013. The Dividends declared are as follows:

    Akshay Gupta, Managing Director & CEO of Peerless Funds Management Company said, “Peerless Income Plus Fund aims to provide regular returns in the form of dividend to investors seeking a steady income and we at Peerless Mutual Fund are glad to successfully meet this objective with regular dividend declaration.” He informed that the objective of short term fund is to generate capital appreciation by investing in the mixed portfolios of debt and money market securities. He further informed that the income plus fund also seeks to generate regular income by investing in high quality fixed income securities with a marginal exposure to equity related instruments.
