JP Morgan AMC files offer document for its US Value Equity Offshore Fund

JP Morgan Asset Management Company has filed
a draft offer document with SEBI to launch its open ended fund of funds
scheme i.e. US Value Equity Offshore Fund. The scheme aims to
seek to provide long term capital growth by investing predominantly in the
JP Morgan Funds- US Value Fund, an equity fund which invests in a value
style biased portfolio of US Company.
The benchmarks for performance comparison
will be Indian Rupee Equivalent of Russell 1000 Value Index. The scheme
will charge an exit load of 1 percent if redeemed before 18 months from the
date of allotment. No exit load will be charged thereafter. The minimum
application amount will be Rs 5000. The fund will be managed by Namdev
Chougule. |
