Bridge AMC has filed a draft offer document with SEBI to launch its open ended
US Equity Fund. The scheme aims to provide long term capital appreciation by
investing in units of fund that invest predominantly in equity and equity-related securities of
companies having assets, products or operations in the United States.
The
minimum application amount is Rs 5000. The scheme will charge an exit load of 1
percent if redeemed within 1 year from the date of allotment. However, no exit
load will be charged thereafter. The benchmark of the scheme will be Standard
& Poor’s 500. The fund will be managed by Vikrant Mehta.
