    ICICI MF files offer document for its Capital Protection Oriented Fund IV

    ICICI AMC has filed a draft offer document with SEBI for the launch of its close ended Capital Protection Oriented Fund IV. The scheme aims to protect capital by investing in a mixed portfolio of highest rated debt securities and money market instruments. The scheme will also invest some portion in equity and equity related securities to seek capital appreciation.

    The Benchmark of the scheme will be CRISIL MIP Blended Index. The minimum application amount will be Rs 5000. No exit loads will be charged in the scheme. The fund will be co-managed by Rahul Goswami, Rajat Chandak and Atul Patel.
