    Morgan Stanley MF files offer document for its Midcap Fund

    Morgan Stanley MF has filed a draft offer document with SEBI to launch its open ended equity scheme called Morgan Stanley Midcap Fund. The scheme aims to generate long term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of equity and equity related securities including equity derivatives.

    The Benchmark of the scheme will be CNX Mid-Cap Index. The scheme will charge an exit load of one percent if redeemed within one year from the date of allotment. No exit load will be charged thereafter. The minimum application amount will be Rs 5000. The fund will be co-managed by Jayesh Gandhi and Dhaval Shah.
